Jiangxi Medical Device Industry Association was established in March 2010 in Jiangxi province, which was a registered independent juridical association in the Department of Civil Affairs in Jiangxi Province. The governing unit of the association is Jiangxi Food and Drug Administration. The association is an industrial and non-profit social community composed of units involved in medical equipment production, operation and application province-wide as well as the technology supporting institutions.
The Association has 358 member units now, including 130 partisans, 48 executive director units and 6 vice-chairman units, as well as 65 AAA and AA hospitals. The Secretariat of the association is a permanent body and there are other functional departments like business division.
The principles of the Association are:
1.to comply with the constitution, laws, regulations and national policies of People's Republic of China.
2.Observe social morality, represent the common interests of members, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, reflect the wishes and demands of members convey the Government's guidelines, policies, laws and regulations and strengthen the link with the Government.
3.The Association will help to, improve its service levels, strengthen industry self-regulation, comply with disciplines, promote development, extensively launch internal and external exchanges, and promote the healthy development of the medical device industry in the province.
